Position Summary

The Senior Recruitment Analyst for the Tenet Centralized Recruitment Group will be assisting in efficiently maintaining all job boards which includes posting and un-posting positions, updating job descriptions, creating welcome emails that include offer letters with pre-employment instructions and partnering with the centralized recruitment team to perform additional onboarding tasks. This is an essential element of the recruitment service level agreements (SLA) for Tenet Healthcare and affiliated organizations.

Responsibilities and Duties

In conjunction with our SLA the recruitment specialist will post all positions in draft within 24 hours
Assign recruiter to each requisition and notify when position is posted
Accurately update requisitions with detailed job description provided by market, posting should be complete with no grammatical errors or misspelled words.
Partnering with the recruitment team, the recruitment specialist will be responsible for drafting and delivering welcome letters, offer letters and onboarding instructions to candidates within 24 hours of receiving notification of hire from the recruiter.
Initiate background checks and red carpet portal after welcome emails are sent out.
Perform additional clerical task as research associated with recruitment best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understanding of best practices in recruitment marketing
Understanding of full cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
Advanced typing skills

Qualifications

2+ years related experience.
Extreme attention to detail with advanced typing skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas and levels of the company.
Self-motivated- Outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high performance standard.
Authentic- Has deep integrity and holds personal and professional values consistent with Tenet’s mission, vision and values.
Amenable to work on-site and mid-shift schedule
